Megaria21 | Louis Jay "Lou" Pearlman was an American music manager and convicted felon. He was the person behind many successful 1990s boy bands, including the Backstreet Boys and NSYNC. In 2008, Pearlman was sentenced to 25 years in prison for running one of the largest Ponzi schemes in U.S. history; he died in federal custody.
